Chetichand

This festival also depicts the importance of preserved food as on this occasion no cooking is done at Sindhi homes!
People consume food cooked a day before!

Teejari

Teejari is the Sindhi festival that honours marital harmony and faith of women. On this occasion sindhi women fasts for their husband’s well being!

Akhan teej

It is considered to be the luckiest day of the year! If someone wants to start a new business or buy something precious like car , gold etc they can buy on this day!
This day is also considered best for wedding .
On this day people use to bring new matkas(earthen pots) and start using it.

Mahalakshmi sagaro

This festival is associated with Goddess lakshmi ji “ the goddess of wealth “!
It is celebrated during shradh !
On this festival a thread belt is tied with sixteen knots on the wrist on the first day of shradh then it is untied on 8th day of shradh.
