Introduction:

I am Anju Bhagchandani founder of Anju's Kitchen started in 2019. Basically Anju's kitchen is famous for Sindhi sweets like Dry fruit Chiki, til Chikki, peanuts Chikki, Khajurpak, Anjeerpak etc. Cooking is my passion and I love sharing delicious dishes with others. I learned making this Sindhi sweets from one of my friends. And I used this knowledge to turn my passion into profession.

Firstly I started creating customers by reaching out to my friends, family members, neighbours
But having that customers were not enough to take business forward
So I joined business community like Surat Juggad community, Sindhi women entrepreneurs community. And I got more customers via other entrepreneurs.

Today I have my customer in Bombay, Ahmedabad, Kolhapur, etc
And because of some family relation Sweets of Anju's kitchen is spread in Pakistan and America too.

Sindhi sweets are found in every second shop nowadays and as many women's make these sweets at home.

But there is something which makes it different from sweets I make.
The texture and Taste of the sweet is not same what other women makes.
I use palm sugar to keep this Chikki healthy rather than using normal sugar.

USP:

• I use pure cow ghee in my sweets
• Palm sugar is used which contains less calorie than normal sugar (35 calorie in palm sugar and 65 calories in normal sugar)
• My chikkies can satisfy I diabetic person to fulfill his/her sugar craving (can't be eaten everyday by diabetic person)
• The main point is the sweets are made after accepting the order which says Anju's kitchen delivers fresh food.

Vision:

My vision is to spread these healthy sweets in not only Sindhi homes but also in each and every home so that people can enjoy delicious, sweet without worrying about their health.
